Can I order online and collect from your gift shop

Goods purchased online cannot be collected from the store at present.

Can I return an item to your gift shop

Yes you can, however it will be kept until the next working day for our online department to process it.

Can I exchange goods in your gift shop

We cannot currently exchange goods in the gift shop as products will, in most cases be different to those offered online.
